Absolutely bonkers and completely delicious. This 4-step Scotch Bonnet Hot Chocolate recipe features our Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam, making it the perfect mix of sweet and spicy.
Ingredients

150g dark chocolate

400ml milk

1tsp cinnamon
-
1tsp vanilla
-
2 teaspoons sugar
-
Pinch of salt
-
Whipped cream

½ tablespoon Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam
Directions
Melt the dark chocolate with a little of the milk in a small pot over medium heat. Once it has melted, stir in the remaining milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
Add our Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam to the pot, stirring continuously until melted.
Stir in the sugar, 1 teaspoon at a time, and taste until you think it’s sweet enough for your taste.
Pour the spicy hot chocolate into your Sauce Shop mug and serve with whipped cream!
Put a whole tablespoon of Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam into your hot chocolate to make it extra spicy!
