We believe sauces should be flavour-packed and natural, which is why we never use anything artificial in our recipes. Sauce can make or break a
meal; topping good food with poor-quality sauce just doesn’t sit right with us!
Made using barrel-aged chillies for maximum flavour
Since 2014, we’ve been using our Signature Chilli Mash to make the tastiest hot sauces possible. We take chillies, mix them with salt, and seal them in barrels. This is where fermentation happens. After 2-3 weeks, our chilli peppers have taken on a wealth of complex new flavours and are ready to be turned into hot sauces.

The Sauce Shop range is packed full of award-winning condiments – we've won 30+ Great Taste Awards over the years. Many of these award-winners are from our Chilli & Hot Sauce range including Buffalo Hot Sauce which currently holds a 3-star award and Honey Sriracha Drizzle, which is a 2-star award winner.
