This jam hits all the notes. Charred scotch bonnets and aged jalapeños come together in a sweet, fruity and fiery chilli jam. Scotch bonnets originate from the Caribbean and are known for their intense heat and distinct tropical flavour. We've chargrilled them for this jam, adding a smoky depth.

It wouldn't be a Sauce Shop chilli sauce without our signature fermented chillies. We take perfectly ripened red jalapeños, salt them, and let them age for 2-4 weeks to develop seriously deep, complex flavours.

Best enjoyed with crispy, breaded fried chicken. Drizzle a generous amount on a burger or dunk your tenders in it. It’s sweet and spicy, making it the ultimate partner for anything remotely cheesy. Delicious

Delicious but not very hot

This is delicious but a bit tame heat wise considering it's got habanero chillies. Needs to be a bit hotter for me.

It's actually Scotch Bonnet rather than Habanero, they're not quite as hot. This one's not meant to be mindblowingly hot, the Scotch Bonnet flavour is there and the heat is tempered by our Signature Jalapeno mash and tomatoes.
