Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

• Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfil our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

• Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, Shipstation, Royal Mail & FedEx.

Customer support information

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We collect the following personal information about you in the context of our text messaging program: your name, mobile phone number, and texting preferences (opt-ins and opt-outs). We use this information to manage our text messaging program, including to send you text messages with order updates, deliveries and marketing messages.  Your wireless carrier may collect data about your wireless device usage, and its practices are governed by its own policies. 

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Automatic decision-making

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

• Temporary deny list of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This deny list persists for a small number of hours.
• Temporary deny list of credit cards associated with deny listed IP addresses. This deny list persists for a small number of days.
