Buffalo Boursin Bites

Ingredients

  • 150g Boursin Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese

  • 30g plain flour

  • 60g panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 1 tsp salt, pepper & paprika, to season

  • Buffalo Hot Sauce

Take a piece of cream cheese and roll it in your hands to create a circular ‘bite’, repeat until all of the cream cheese is in bites.

Arrange bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the freezer for at least two hours, or overnight.

Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a shallow bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs.

In a third bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.

Coat each frozen boursin bite in flour, followed by egg, then panko. Repeat if needed, until fully covered.

Bake in an air fryer, leaving space between each bite, for 4-5 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Cover with our Buffalo Hot Sauce and serve warm.
