Don't let go of summer just yet! This quick and easy salad will have you going back for seconds. 

Ingredients

  • 250 - 300g of Halloumi or Chicken, grilled

  • 1 - 2 large Avocado(s), cored and sliced

  • 400g of Spinach, Lettuce, Rocket, or Kale 

  • Sauce Shop Original Hot Sauce

Directions

Heat your grill to a medium high heat or 200c.

Brush the halloumi generously with Original Hot Sauce and place under the grill until cooked.

Mix your choice of leafy green into a large bowl and then add in the sliced avocado. You can sprinkle over a tiny bit of salt for a little more flavour.

Drizzle the mix with more Original Hot Sauce and enjoy!
