We take perfectly ripened, juicy Jalapeno peppers and combine them with sea salt before aging for 3 months to develop a fruity complex flavour. Once ready, we combine with white grape vinegar to produce this versatile hot sauce.
Ingredients: White Grape Vinegar, Red Jalapeno (40%), Sea Salt.
