This is real garlic mayonnaise, made from free-range egg yolk for extra richness. It is incredibly tasty. You should dip stuff into it, immediately.
Sauce Shop mayo is made using free range egg yolk, which gives it a thick texture and creamy, rich flavour. We've been making mayo from scratch since 2016 and perfecting our Original recipe for years, it only seemed right to create a garlic version!
This mayo is great as an alternative to freshly made aioli. Perfect with chicken and chips, as a dip for pizza or part of a seafood platter!
