"THE OG"

"Great chilli sauce with plenty of flavour. It's not your hardcore, mouth-burning scoville-screamer. Versatile enough to boost a curry, or to dollop on your burger!"

Alex L.

Product Info

Punchy jalapeños, garlic, and rich tomato unite in this spicy, sweet, and savoury chilli sauce. This is our take on a traditional Sriracha sauce, and it works with everything. It's rich and thick, with a texture similar to ketchup. Plus, it's a Greate Taste Award winner.

The hero of the recipe? Our fermented jalapeños. We take perfectly ripened red jalapeños, salt them, and let them age for 2-4 weeks bringing out layers and layers of flavour.

Size: 320g

Recipe Ideas

Sriracha is just the thing for kebabs and noodle dishes. Rich and garlicky without being overpowering, it adds full-bodied heat and flavour to just about anything. We love it in a classic Vietnamese Bánh Mì or drizzled over breakfast eggs - whether scrambled, fried, or in an omelette.

Ways to use it:

Kebabs and noodle dishes
Vietnamese Bánh Mì
Scrambled, fried, or omelette eggs
Fried rice finishing sauce
Dumpling dipping sauce
Stir into mayo for a quick sriracha mayo
