
Sticky Hot Honey Hash Browns

Crispy, sticky, and dangerously addictive. We've taken shop-bought hash browns and completely levelled them up with a glossy coating of our Honey Sriracha to create this spicy breakfast dish.
Ingredients

6-8 shop-bought hash browns

1 spring onion, finely sliced

Sesame seeds or nigella seeds, to finish

5-6 tbsp Honey Sriracha
Directions
Air fry the hash browns at 200°C for 15-20 minutes (or cook in the oven per package instructions), until golden and proper crispy.
While they’re finishing up, heat the Honey Sriracha in a pan over low heat until bubbles just start to form and sauce becomes sticky.
Toss the crispy hash browns in the pan, and gently turn to coat them in the hot honey.
Plate up and finish with sliced spring onion and a sprinkle of sesame or nigella seeds.
Serve immediately and enjoy warm.
