Buffalo Hot Sauce Flavour Mix

Buffalo Hot Sauce, 160ml: Imagine the perfect wing sauce... hot, rich, fiery, full-on flavour. We use our signature barrel-aged Jalapeno chilli mash to add an amazingly complex fruitiness. Stick this in a grilled cheese sandwich, coat wings in it or use as a dipping sauce.

Buffalo Hot Sauce ATOMIC 160ml: All the great flavour of Buffalo Hot Sauce, but eye-wateringly hot. We’ve taken our original Buffalo Hot Sauce recipe, ripped out all the jalapeño and replaced them with habanero. All the tangy, creaminess with added fruity pepper flavour and an extreme amount of heat.

Buffalo Hot Sauce,GOCHUJANG 160ml: An umami-packed hot sauce, inspired by the punchy flavours of Korean fried chicken. Savoury miso, tamari (gluten-free soy sauce) and tomato to tingle even the most tired of taste buds. This, combined with our signature barrel-aged Jalapeños, gives so many levels of flavour we forgot to count.

Buffalo Hot Sauce, SMOKY MAPLE 160ml: This one is a beauty – creamy, hot, sweet and smoky. Rich, creamy Buffalo Hot Sauce with a hint of Hickory smoked water and a good helping of maple syrup. We think this works well on breakfast because it actually tastes quite like bacon!

Buffalo Hot Sauce, TRUFFALO 160ml: Truffle? How posh! We were feeling classy when we came up with this one. Well-balanced, decadent and makes the most delicious addition to a chicken burger. This is a creamy wing sauce with a truck load of truffle. It’s like Buffalo Hot Sauce’s grown-up, sophisticated older brother.
