All the best bits of your late-night kebab shop order, but completely levelled up with this hot sauce-soaked feta. Smoky lamb kebabs, roasted peppers and onions, creamy Chipotle & Lime Aioli, and feta soaked in Original Hot Sauce. Delicious.
200g feta
3–4 tbsp Original Hot Sauce
4 ready-made lamb kebabs
400g oven chips
1 red pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
4 flatbreads (store-bought)
6–8 tbsp Chipotle and Lime Aioli
Small handful fresh coriander, chopped
Cut the feta into chunks or thick slices.
Place in a shallow dish and cover with Original Hot Sauce.
Pop in the fridge to soak while everything else cooks (the longer it sits, the better the flavour).
Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan).
Add the lamb kebabs, oven chips, sliced red pepper and red onion to a large baking tray.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss the veg and chips lightly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the kebabs are cooked through and the chips are golden.
Heat the flatbreads according to pack instructions (usually 1–2 minutes in a dry pan or oven).
Spread a generous layer of Chipotle & Lime Aioli over each one.
Add a big scoop of the kebab mixture (chips, peppers, onions and lamb) onto each flatbread.
Top with the soaked hot sauce feta.
Finish with extra Chipotle & Lime Aioli and a sprinkle of chopped coriander.
