
Jalapeño & Buffalo Cream Cheese Twists

Easy to make and even easier to demolish, these cheese twists are sure to bring bold buffalo flavours and a jalapeño kick to your everyday snack or side.
Ingredients

1 sheet of ready-rolled puff pastry

100g cream cheese

2 tbsp Buffalo Hot Sauce

50g grated mature cheddar

1 jalapeño, finely chopped

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) / 400°F and line a tray with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and Buffalo Hot Sauce until well combined.
Unroll your puff pastry sheet and cut it in half to make two equal rectangles.
Spread the buffalo cream cheese mixture evenly over one half, before evenly sprinkling over chopped jalapeños and grated cheese.
Lay the second sheet on top to sandwich it, before using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, to slice into strips (about 2–3cm wide), then twist each one a few times.
Place on the lined tray, brush with egg wash, and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden, puffed, and slightly crispy.
Pair with Ranch Mayo for dipping.
