Super cheesy grilled hot sauce nachos.
Ingredients

Around 180g tortilla chips.

LOTS of cheese (any will do but we recommend a few different types for extra flavour).

1 red onion, diced.

1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced.

Cooked chicken, chopped down or torn.
- Hot sauce

Hot sauce of your choice from the Hot Sauce Challenge Set OR a mixture of your choice.
Directions
Get your grill to a medium heat! This should be hot enough to nicely crisp your chips without burning them.
Tip your tortilla chips onto a baking tray, covering with a generous serving of hot sauce of your choice OR a mixture of your choice - we recommend this option!
Throw grated cheese, onions and cooked chicken over the top. Mix all this in.
Top with more cheese and hot sauce, then grill for 3-5 minutes.
These are perfect for sharing so just dish them up on the baking tray and let everyone tuck in! Top with Soured Cream and Coriander to finish this dish off.
