Grilled Chicken Meal Prep
1 with the below recipe (multiply for as many meal prep boxes as you need!)
A quick & uber-tasty grilled chicken meal prep box. This recipe is for one meal prep box so just multiply ingredient amounts as many times as you need for the number of boxes you require!
Heat a griddle pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. Along with this, go ahead and check out your couscous packaging - you might need to get some water on the boil at this point.
Once your pan is hot, add your chicken breast. We'd always advise seasoning your chicken. We do some great rubs that make the best BBQ Grilled Chicken. Failing that, seasoning with salt and peppers is always a safe bet. Cook for around 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Cook your couscous according to the packet instructions.
While you're waiting for the couscous and chicken, go ahead and get that avocado prepped. Here's a super handy guide to perfectly preparing avocados.
Once everything's cooked, go ahead and slice your chicken and add that to the couscous, salad and avocado in your meal prep box.
Drizzle a sauce of your choice over the top. Any of the ones we mentioned in the ingredients would work well. If you're fancying something hot, head for Habanero Hot Sauce. Original BBQ Sauce would give your meal prep box a super smoky BBQ taste.
