A favourite amongst old school Sauce Shop fans, Green Sriracha is back after a 10-year hiatus. Aged green jalapeños deliver plenty of lingering heat, joined by coriander and lime leaf for a fresh, zingy hit, cumin for depth, and classic Sriracha garlickiness to finish. Just the thing for spicing up fried eggs, squeezing over burritos or serving with prawns.

Dark, rich and warming. Originally launched in 2017, we've been itching to bring it back. Cherries bring deep, jammy sweetness, mellow bourbon adds a woody warmth, and a touch of smoked paprika rounds it all off. Great on wings, burgers or stirred into baked beans.

There's one thing better than Christmas dinner, and that's Christmas dinner with lashings of Brussels Sprout Ketchup. First launched in 2019, this festive ketchup is back with a vengeance. Sweet and tangy, it's packed full of sprouts and warmed through with cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Desecrate your Christmas dinner with it (in the best way), or smuggle it into a leftover sandwich.

The smoky hot sauce you need in your lineup. Originally released in 2019, this was a real fan favourite. Chipotle and paprika bring heaps of smokiness and a gentle heat that builds. Tomato brings the savoury depth, and sweet vanilla lingers underneath it all. Pour it into stews, mix with mayo or drizzle over loaded nachos.

First launched in 2020 and back by popular demand, this one's got layers of flavour that keep going long after the first taste.
