We couldn't think of a better way to kick off Christmas than with these insane Brie Bites. Crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle. Perfect for dipping in our Honey Sriracha Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie

  • 75g Plain flour

  • Panko bread crumbs

  • 2 large eggs, beaten with 1 tsp water

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Vegetable oil, for frying

  • 2 tsp freshly chopped parsley

  • Honey Sriracha Drizzle

Directions

1

Cut the brie into 1-inch cubes.

2

In three separate shallow bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and Panko breadcrumbs.

3

Stir salt and pepper into the Panko.

4

Dredge each brie cube in the following order: flour, egg, and Panko.

5

Place the brie bites in the freezer for one hour.

6

In a frying pan over medium heat, heat a few tablespoons of oil to 160C - 180C.

7

Carefully add a batch of frozen brie cubes to the hot oil. Avoid overcrowding the pan.

8

Fry, turning occasionally, until the cubes are golden on all sides (2 to 3 minutes).

9

Remove fried cubes from the oil and drain them on a paper-towel-lined plate.

10

Garnish the fried brie cubes with fresh parsley.

11

Serve with Honey Sriracha Drizzle.
