Dangerously addictive and perfectly crispy. These delicious deep-fried garlic olives are ready to eat in just 5 easy steps. Entirely made for dipping in our Chipotle and Lime Aioli.
Stuffed garlic olives
100g plain flour
125-150ml whole milk
60g panko breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil, for frying
Your favourite seasonings
Chipotle and Lime Aioli, for dipping
Mix the flour with your favourite seasonings, we chose salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, and put 1/3 of the mixture off to the side.
Take the other 2/3 of the dry mixture, and add milk to make a thick batter. Then empty your breadcrumbs into a separate bowl.
Take your garlic-stuffed olives, and coat them in the dry flour mixture, before completely covering in batter, and rolling around in breadcrumbs. Make sure olives are covered all over.
Heat oil to 180° before deep frying the olives until they’re nice and crispy, about 3 minutes, before draining on a paper towel.
