Punchy jalapeños, garlic, and rich tomato unite in this spicy, sweet, and savoury chilli sauce. This is our take on a traditional Sriracha sauce, and it works with everything. It's rich and thick, with a texture similar to ketchup. Plus, it's a Greate Taste Award winner.

The hero of the recipe? Our fermented jalapeños. We take perfectly ripened red jalapeños, salt them, and let them age for 2-4 weeks bringing out layers and layers of flavour.

Recipe Ideas

Sriracha is just the thing for kebabs and noodle dishes. Rich and garlicky without being overpowering, it adds full-bodied heat and flavour to just about anything.

We love it in a classic Vietnamese Bánh Mì or drizzled over breakfast eggs - whether scrambled, fried, or in an omelette.

Tasty

Nice, warming chilli/ Sriracha taste. Need to let it get to room temp to get the best flavours.

My replacement for ketchup

This has basically become my go-to sauce whenever I want something ketchup-y. It's a pretty thick sauce which makes it great for coating chips. Nice level of heat from the Srirachas and a good punch of garlic. Love it!
