Literally puréed pineapple.! No depth of flavour or spicy notes whatsoever. Why replace the burnt pineapple version (which is awesome) with this nonsense?

This pineapple habanero isn't great. (not to be confused with the burnt pineapple) Not sure what you're supposed to with these runny sauces, its so runny, you try to put it on your wing, and it all just runs off onto the plate into whatever else is on your plate, in this instance I got pineapple soaked fries. The flavour is 'very pineappley', which makes sense considering the name of it, but I was hoping it would be a bit more savoury with a hint of pineapple, its more like blended pineapple juice.

The original of this sauce was my favourite the sauce shop had ever done. There's next to 0 spice in the new recipe, it's far far too sweet and the loss of 'burnt pineapple' to 'sweet pineapple' was a poor choice. Won't be ordering again unfortunately.

The burnt pineapple hot sauce is absolutely delicious. And turns out it goes brilliantly with oysters!
