Buffalo Hot Sauce brings the flavour, starting with a hit of spicy, tangy, salty goodness and quickly mellowing with a rich, garlicky creaminess.

The star of the show? Our fermented jalapeños. We take perfectly ripened red jalapeños, salt them, and let them age for 2-4 weeks to dial up their natural fruity depth.
