Craft Hot Sauce

We've been crafting hot sauce the same way since 2014, fermented chillies, no corner cutting, fresh ingredients. Sauce Shop is now a household name and supermarket staple but we started life every other artisan producer, making batches in sauce in our home kitchen and selling them on local markets. Nowadays are batches are bigger - 1 ton at a time, but the process has never changed and the sauces are better now than they were back in those early days. This is craft hot sauce at an everyday price.
