Spicy Pineapple Chicken Tacos

Sweet, spicy and ridiculously easy. Inspired by the new Pineapple McSpicy but made at home, Sauce Shop style. Featuring crispy bacon, crunchy lettuce, and lots of Pineapple Habanero.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (approx. 400–500g) cooked or breaded chicken strips

  • 4 rashers streaky bacon

  • ½ small iceberg lettuce, shredded

  • 8 small soft flour tacos or corn tortillas

  • 30g Parmesan, finely grated

  • Sesame seeds, to finish

  • 4 tbsp Original Mayo

  • Pineapple Habanero, to drizzle

Directions

Grill or fry bacon until crispy, then set aside on kitchen paper.

Cook the chicken according to the packet instructions (usually oven bake or air fry until crispy).

Heat the tortillas in a dry frying pan or oven for 30 seconds each side.

Spread each taco with Original Mayo, add shredded lettuce, crispy chicken, and bacon pieces.

Drizzle generously with Pineapple Habanero, before sprinkling over parmesan and sesame seeds.
