These fuss-free bao buns are loaded with air-fried crispy prawns soaked in Honey Sriracha, then topped with crunchy cucumber, spring onion and coriander. The perfect meal for when you don't know what to cook.
250g raw king prawns, peeled & deveined
60g panko breadcrumbs
½ cucumber, sliced into matchsticks
2 spring onions, finely chopped
Small handful coriander, chopped
6 pre-made bao buns
6 tbsp Honey Sriracha
2 tbsp Original Mayo
Pat the prawns dry. Toss them in Honey Sriracha, and leave for 5 minutes to soak, before covering with the breadcrumbs.
Add prawns to the air fryer basket, and cook at 200°C for 8–10 minutes, shaking once halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
Make the sauce by mixing 2 tbsp Original Mayo + 1 tbsp Honey Sriracha until smooth.
Steam or microwave the bao buns according to packet instructions.
Spread a little mayo inside each bao, add a layer of cucumber, load in the crispy Honey Sriracha prawns, spring onion and coriander.
Finish with a drizzle of Honey Sriracha, and enjoy straight away.
