Fried Brie Bites

We couldn't think of a better way to kick off Christmas than with these insane Brie Bites. Crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle. Perfect for dipping in our Brussels Sprout Ketchup and Spiced Cranberry Ketchup

Cut the brie into 1-inch cubes.

In three separate shallow bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and Panko breadcrumbs.

Stir salt and pepper into the Panko.

Dredge each brie cube in the following order: flour, egg, and Panko.

Place the brie bites in the freezer for one hour.

In a frying pan over medium heat, heat a few tablespoons of oil to 160C - 180C.

Carefully add a batch of frozen brie cubes to the hot oil. Avoid overcrowding the pan.

Fry, turning occasionally, until the cubes are golden on all sides (2 to 3 minutes).

Remove fried cubes from the oil and drain them on a paper-towel-lined plate.

Garnish the fried brie cubes with fresh parsley.

Serve with Brussels Sprout Ketchup and Spiced Cranberry Ketchup.
