This is the ultimate low-effort, high-reward dinner. Frozen gyozas cooked directly in Golden Coconut Simmer Sauce, air-fried until tender, then spooned over rice and finished with Honey Sriracha. Minimal prep, proper flavour.
1 jar Golden Coconut Curry Simmer Sauce
1 tbsp water
10 frozen gyozas (any filling works)
Small handful fresh coriander, roughly chopped
Cooked white rice, to serve
150g mangetout
Honey Sriracha, to finish
Spring onions, finely sliced
Pour the full jar of Golden Coconut Curry Simmer Sauce into your air fryer drawer or basket. Stir through 1 tbsp water to loosen slightly.
Nestle the frozen gyozas directly into the sauce. Scatter over the chopped coriander.
Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, until the gyozas are crisp and cooked through.
While the gyozas cook, prepare your rice according to packet instructions and lightly steam or boil the mangetout until just tender.
Spoon the gyoza curry generously over the rice. Serve with mangetout on the side.
Drizzle with Honey Sriracha and scatter over sliced spring onions before serving.
