About James Cochran

We've been food friends with James for a while now, so this jam has been a long time in the making! With parents from St Vincent in the Caribbean and Glasgow, James’ dishes are BIG on flavour. The jam is a staple in his London restaurant, 12:51  and was used in his BBC Great British Menu winning goat dish in 2018.

In 2014 we came to the realisation that the sauces we were buying weren't doing our food justice. What started in a home kitchen, is now a team of 34 food lovers producing thousands of bottles of sauce on a weekly basis.

Zing!

I’ve homemade my own chilli jam in the past, which I’ve been sweet and delicious, but lacked zing…. This one however, has as much zing as you could want! Still maintains a good level of sweetness that you’d want from a jam. I can recommend having this as a dipping sauce served up with a grilled cheese sandwich - yes please!!

Amazing jam

This jam is superb. A really nice chilli flavour, with a heat that’s not overwhelming. Although my other half thought it was too hot. Lovely in a bacon sandwich, or with gammon, and on cheese on toast

Its the perfect combo with everythhhhhing. Especially cheese!

Super Tasty, not too spicy!

This sauce was so tasty, we used it to recreate the "Dishoom Bacon Sandwich Naan" (https://store.dishoom.com/bacon-naan-roll-kit/) and it was perfect. Not too spicy, nice and sweet with a good kick . I will definitely be keeping this stocked up in the cupboard

The Perfect Chili Jam.

I got this chilli jam as a gift for my mum - not only did she absolutely love it, but turns out I did too. It's just the right amount of heat while retaining that fruity flavour. If you're looking the ULTIMATE Chilli Jam, you've found it.

Heck yeah its ULTIMATE! Spread the word of this ultimate jam. Thanks Sebastian

WOW!!

My son kept telling me about this chilli jam he had heard about & I thought t would be too hot and not tasty! WOW would a eye opener this is,yes it does have a little heat (my wife says too much but she’s thinks a red pepper is hot! )😂 but there is a sweet tang to it and goes very well on a slice of cold gammon in a sandwich.

Love it, thanks Andrew!
