Grilled Cheese + Burger = Perfection

Ingredients

  • 4 Burgers, fresh or homemade

  • 1/2 - 1 whole White Onion, finely chopped

  • 1-2 Bell Pepper, sliced

  • Smoky Chipotle Mayo

  • 200 - 250g of sliced Pepper Jack or Cheddar Cheese

  • Bread of Choice

Directions

Heat a skillet to a medium heat and cook burger, onions, and bell peppers till done. Then remove from heat

Spread Chipotle Mayo onto both sides and slices of bread, then place in pan. Cook on one side till toasted then flip.

Lay cheese of choice to one slice, add burger, onions, and peppers. Then top off with more cheese and other slice of bread. Allow bread to toast and cheese to melt, then flip to other side of sandwich and repeat.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
