Why "Mother Tomato"? The name of our Mother Tomato Simmer-Sauce was inspired by the five "mother" sauces in classic French cookery, one of which is tomato-based.
Sauce Shop Mother Tomato is your short-cut to rich bolognese, extra flavoursome casseroles and easy pizza bases. It can be used as a simple stir-in sauce for pasta and as a base for curries and chilli con carne.
