The golden child of our Simmer Sauces. This is a rich, golden sauce, made with coconut, tomato, plenty of turmeric, and a touch of Kashmiri chilli for a smooth, warming heat. Creamy, fragrant, and as fresh as ready-made sauces get. Just add your choice of protein or veg and you’ve got a proper curry on the table in minutes.

Recipe Ideas

Pair it with pan-fried king prawns for a restaurant-level curry at home, simmer with chicken thighs for a crowd-pleasing classic, or brush it onto paneer skewers before and after baking for a great veggie twist. However you serve it, this sauce does the hard work for you.

Good Sauce but More Coconut Required

Just had this for dinner. Overall a really good sauce with good ingredients, however for a coconut sauce, it needed more coconut to really punch through. I was optimistic when I opened the jar, as it had a good strong coconut smell, but once cooked out, it was lost. A good sauce but as a coconut sauce, lacking coconut.

Surpised at how nice this flavor was! Was hoping for it to not have a spice to it so my toddler would have some but its too spicy for the wee one. I love a bite of heat, so happy either way.

I got this sauce in the bundle that I bought. Not one to use a shop bought sauce, a stickler for home made, I used it to make an aloo gobi and was completely blown away! So was my very particular autistic son! Absolutely top quality, beautiful natural flavour, so I bought some more! I'm a sauce shop convert and very happy about it.
