Who said breakfast has to be boring? Not us, not ever. The absolute best scrambled eggs, topped with parmesan, and a squeeze of our warming Spicy Breakfast Sauce.

Ingredients

4 cold eggs, we used Burford Browns

A good dollop of butter

Salt and pepper, to season

Parmesan, to sprinkle on top

Chives, chopped

2 slices sourdough bread

Spicy Breakfast Sauce
Directions
Make your eggs
Crack all of your eggs into a deep saucepan before adding a good dollop of butter, usually a 2-to-1 eggs-to-butter ratio.
Put the pan on high heat and stir your eggs and butter gently together.
Once they start to scramble, continuously fold in the eggs until they’re all cooked through, before finishing with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Assemble your toast
Toast your bread of choice until your desired crispiness, we used sourdough for a thicker base.
Spoon your scrambled eggs onto the toast, before sprinkling on as much parmesan as you’d like (no judgement here).
Finish by squeezing Spicy Breakfast Sauce all over the eggs, before sprinkling some chopped chives on top.
Eat immediately and enjoy!
