This mozzarella sticks recipe is the perfect easy recipe when you fancy something indulgent and tasty. They're gooey, crunchy, and covered in our version of hot honey - Honey Sriracha Drizzle.

Ingredients

250g Mozzarella block

75g Panko breadcrumbs

2 eggs

Plain flour, to coat the sticks

Vegetable oil, for frying

Honey Sriracha Drizzle (our version of hot honey)
Directions
Coat the mozzarella sticks by dipping them into the flour, then the egg mixture, followed by a thorough coating in breadcrumbs. Repeat the process to double coat each stick, ensuring a crispy exterior, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze the prepared mozzarella sticks for 20 minutes to firm up before frying.
Fry the mozzarella sticks in hot oil until evenly golden brown, around 1 minute each side. Once cooked, drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil. Generously brush each stick with Honey Sriracha Drizzle and serve immediately.
Top with sesame seeds to add a subtle nuttiness to these sticks.
