You know that go-to hot sauce you're always reaching for? This is it. Spicy, garlicky, slightly salty, with a deep, fruity kick of jalapeño.
The hero of the recipe? Our fermented jalapeños. We take perfectly ripened red jalapeños, salt them, and let them age for 2-4 weeks, bringing out layers and layers of flavour.
