Loaded Hot Sauce Hash Browns

Easy to make, easier to demolish. These Loaded Hash Browns are smothered in Original Hot Sauce, loaded with guacamole, and finished off with crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 6–8 frozen hash browns

  • 2 tbsp ready-made guacamole

  • 3 rashers streaky bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped

  • Fresh chives, chopped

  • 2 tbsp Original Hot Sauce

Air fry your hash browns at 200°C for around 15–18 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Flip halfway for even crunch. If cooking in the oven, cook via package instructions.

Once the hash browns are done, stack 'em up on a plate, then spoon on the guacamole, scatter over crispy bacon, and top with a generous sprinkle of chives.

Finish them off with a drizzle of Original Hot Sauce on top and serve immediately. Easy.
