Butter Chicken with Special Makhani Cook-In Sauce
A Sauce Shop execution of a time-honoured Indian dish with our Special Makhani Cook-In Sauce!
500 g skinless boneless Chicken thighs
1 tbsp of Olive oil
180-360g of Pilau rice
Fresh or pre-made Chapatis
Sauce Shop Special Makhani Cook-In sauce
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. While this is heating up, dice your chicken into uniform sizes to allow for even cooking.
Cook the chicken until it is golden brown on the outside, flip after 5 minutes and cook for a further 4 minutes.
Pour the jar of Special Makhani Cook-In Sauce over the chicken to coat and cover thoroughly. Reduce heat and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is hot (5-6 minutes).
To cook the rice, make sure to follow directions on the packaging.
Once the rice and curry are done, place the rice in a dish and ladel the curry over the top or onto the side and serve with warm chapatis.
To finish this dish off, serve with mango chutney.
