Donut Grilled Cheese
A simple, savoury, and sweet dish to start the day!
4-8 Bacon Rashers
Maple Habanero Drizzle or Honey Sriracha Drizzle
200g of Cheese, Sliced (Gouda, Brie or Cheddar
Heat skillet pan over a medium heat and place the bacon in to cook. When the bacon is done, remove them from the pan.
Place the donuts in the pan and allow them to toast on both sides.
Lay a slice(s) of cheese onto one donut, then add the bacon, and remaining cheese. Top with the other donut.
Flip the sandwich intermittently to allow the cheese to melt but not burn the donut. Cook until melty and serve warm.
