Meet Chipotle and Lime Aioli

Say hello to brand new Chipotle and Lime Aioli, the answer to all your spicy, smoky mayo cravings. Smoky Chipotle Mayo was good, but we never settle. We've turned up the Chipotle for extra heat and added garlic and lime, this is the freshest mayo around. Expect a spicy, smoky mayo with a serious hit of garlic and citrus tang from lime.

What are the differences between this and Smoky Chipotle Mayo?

If you loved Smoky Chipotle Mayo, we're confident you'll love this too. It's a little bit hotter and there are a few extra elements in there, being garlic and lime. The garlic is pretty prominent with the lime being more subtle meaning you're left with a nice hit of citrus tang at the end. Pick up a jar and give it a try. 

How hot is Chipotle and Lime Aioli?

We've ranked it medium on our spice scale so it's definitely not going to blow your head off, but it does have a nice heat to it from the Chipotle. We'd say it's hotter than Smoky Chipotle Mayo was but super balanced from the garlic and lime.

What happened to Smoky Chipotle Mayo?

Don't get us wrong, Smoky Chipotle Mayo was great. We loved it. It's been one of the most popular Sauce Shop sauces for the past few years but sometimes it's time for a change. One thing we'll never do is settle, so if something's good then that's cool but we'll always try and level it up even more. 

What would you recommend it with? 

On any dish where you'd usually use a spicy mayo! Our favourite use so far is to dip these fried pickles into, get the recipe for those here. Drizzle on tacos, use as a pizza crust dip or as to level up a salad. Its flavour profile is dominated with smoky Chipotle peppers, garlic and tangy lime, meaning it's perfect for Mexican inspired dishes, like this chunky Mexican inspired corn salad.
