Trust us, it’s tasty!
Last year our co-founder, James, developed a recipe for a limited time only Brussels Sprout Ketchup. We made thousands of bottles over the festive period to be sold on Amazon. At the time, we promised our chefs we’d never force them to make that pungent, sludge coloured sauce ever again. Spurred on by popular demand (and a few harsh critics), we MAY have broken that promise - the Sauce Shop team love a little bit of controversy!
Joking aside, the sauce is delightfully tasty. It’s sharp, sweet and spiced, like braised cabbage in a bottle which makes it unbelievable on a turkey sandwich or boxing day leftovers as we approach the festive months. With a sprout content of over 60%, it's one for the sprout lovers out there!
It’s even been on the celebrity circuit, being featured on ITV’s This Morning, Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and BBC Radio London along with working its way into Carol Vorderman’s fridge.
