Recipe No. 001 from the Test Kitchen has landed. Meet Crispy Chilli Oil. All our hot sauces are crafted with our signature fermented chillies. We take ripe chillies, salt them, and let them age for 2-4 weeks to create a “mash”.

One question’s always lingered. What else could we do with our mash?

For the first Test Kitchen experiment, we've fried fermented red jalapeños low and slow in avocado oil until perfectly crisp - infusing it with seriously rich, smoky flavour along the way.

The end result? A layered, spicy, crunchy chilli oil that's good to go on anything.
