Chicken wings - enough for 5 to 10 wings per person
Plain flour for dusting
Hot sauce of your choice
- Pre-heat oven to 200 C.
- Place baking tray in oven to pre-heat.
- Dust wings with flour, shake off any excess.
- Bake wings for 15 minutes.
- Turn each wing.
- Return to oven and bake for a further 15 minutes.
