-
1 head of cauliflower
-
100g plain flour
-
250ml milk
-
1tsp salt & pepper
-
500g panko breadcrumbs

Chives, chopped

Buffalo Hot Sauce

Directions
Snap the cauliflower into small florets to create your wings.
Mix the flour with the salt and pepper before adding the milk and mixing until smooth.
Coat the florets in the batter before rolling in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
Carefully lay the wings out on a baking sheet, before placing in a pre-heated oven (180 degrees).
Bake for about 15 minutes, flip the cauliflower wings, and bake again for a further 15 minutes.
Once soft in the middle, toss your wings in buffalo sauce (Buffalo Hot Sauce)
Spread Ranch Mayo on a plate before placing your buffalo cauliflower wings on top and covering with freshly chopped chives.
Eat straight away and enjoy with more Ranch Mayo.
