Where is my delivery?

Deliveries take 2-5 working days from the time that you purchase. You'll recieve tracking info as soon as the parcel is with our nominated courier.

My sauces have smashed in transit

We do everything we can to protect our sauces with packaging. But sometimes, things happen!

We have a guaranteed delivery policy so in the unlikely event of breakages or damage to your delivery, we will replace any items that are not usable. Sauce Points (our loyalty currency) can alternatively be offered to replace the cost of the damage instead of reshipping a replacement if preferred! These Sauce Points then go towards a future order

I entered my address incorrectly

No problem. Just let us know the moment you have spotted and provide the correct address. If the
parcel hasn’t already been shipped out, we can get this all amended for you.

My tracking information is missing

Don't worry! It sometimes takes a little time for the courier firm to send over your tracking info. It will be sent to the email address you used at checkout.

How can I return an item?

You're welcome to return a product if it hasn't been opened and is within 14 days of receiving. Drop us an email with your order number and letting us know you're returning and why. Send the rewrapped parcel to: Sauce Shop Unit 3, Centurion Way, Nottingham, NG2 1RW.

Please pop a note in the parcel also with your order number, name and reason. Ideally providing us with the tracking of your parcel would be appreciated too.

Your sauce subscriptions is completely flexible to suit you. You can pause or change the frequency of your orders at any time. Log into your account and choose to recieve your sauces every 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
