Why isn’t delivery available in my area?
Currently we are only able to offer delivery in select locations. However, throughout 2024, we have plans to expand, so watch this space, because yours could be next.
What is the minimum order value for delivery?
Deliveroo, Just Eats and Uber Eats delivery thresholds and charges may vary. We advise that you check on the app/website before placing your order.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you will have to contact the restaurant directly, or contact Deliveroo, Just Eats or Uber Eats directly and speak with their teams.
We are unable to process, cancel, refund or place any orders directly for you.
Is your chicken Halal?
Yes all the chicken we sell is Halal. If you would like to know anything else, email the team at Shelter Hall at hello@shelterhall.co.uk who will be happy to support.
Do you have any vegan options?
We currently offer a vegan alternative to our burger range, instead of a chicken burger, you would get our chick'n patty. Not only that but every burger we serve is made with a brioche bun, which are also vegan friendly.
Do you have any vegetarian options?
We currently offer a vegan alternative to our burger range, instead of a chicken burger, you would get our chick'n patty. As well as some sides like our Tater Tots Not only that but every burger we serve is made with a brioche bun, which are also vegetarian friendly.
What type of cheese do you use?
After a lot of experimenting, we decided the best cheese to add on our burgers was in fact... burger cheese, due to it's consistency once melted, which gives our burgers an extra layer of flavour in every bite.
Do you take orders direct?
No, we are currently unable to take orders direct, to view our menu and place a takeaway order, click on your preferred link here: Deliveroo, Just Eats or Uber Eats.
My gift voucher has expired, can you extend them?
We are unable to amend or extend gift vouchers, as the vouchers used for orders would have to be through the service provider (Deliveroo, Just Eats or Uber Eats). If you are having problems with your voucher code, we advise that you contact their customer support teams.
Can I use a voucher / gift card with my order?
You can use vouchers and gift cards approved and authorised by either the restaurant or the service provider (Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eats).
Unfortunately you will not be able to use Sauce Shop gift cards when you purchase from our takeaway menu.
Do you have a children’s menu?
We don't offer a children's menu, but a lot of our less spicy items, like our signature tenders, are suitable for sharing with a child.
What makes our Signature Buttermilk Chicken so tasty?
Its all in the prep! Our signature fried chicken. A recipe we think perfectly compliments our sauces. Uses buttermilk to make our fried chicken extra tender.

Of course. Our Chicken tenders, wings and burgers can all be made with a variety of our sauces. You can choose from the following.

Do you sell potato gems?
Absolutely, potato gems AKA Tater Tots are a growing trend, and they are delicious! So naturally we added them to our menu.
