A Great Taste award-winning, elegant curry sauce, which uses the local ingredients of Gujarat. It's subtle sweet & sour flavour goes brilliantly with paneer, prawns & meat or give new life to leftovers. It also makes a fantastic BBQ marinade, perfect for flame-grilled chicken. 

Suitable for Vegans.

Tomatoes (54.8%) (citric acid), Onions, Ginger, Sugar, Tomato Puree, Sunflower
Oil, Water, Coriander Leaves, Garlic, Green Chillies, Fenugreek Powder, Kashmiri
Chilli Powder, Salt (1.17%), Black Pepper, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida (Wheat Flour, Sesame Oil). See allergens in bold. Prepared in an environment where nutsmustard & gluten may be present.

How to use 

Mix contents with up to three-quarters of a jar of water & 450g of your choice of vegetables, fish, meat or pulses. Bring to boil. simmer until thoroughly cooked. can also be used as a marinade or dip.

About Swaadish

Take 4 sisters from Gujarat with a serious talent for making curry sauces, and throw in one seasoned street food trader with a penchant for big flavour and you get Swaadish, a six-strong range of deliciously vibrant, versatile curry sauces in a jar.  The word ‘Swaadish’ means ‘tasty’.

Produced in small batches, each jar in the range comes packed with authentic flavour, colour and kick for a fraction of the price of a takeaway or the time needed to make an equivalent from scratch.  Designed for fast-to-cook curries at home (literally: add vegetables, meat, fish, or tofu; stir for a few mins, and serve) or as a BBQ marinade, spread on a flatbread or a dip. They’re good for vegans, contain zero nasties and are a great way to use up meat or vegetable leftovers.

In 2014 we came to the realisation that the sauces we were buying weren't doing our food justice. What started in a home kitchen, is now a team of 34 food lovers producing thousands of bottles of sauce on a weekly basis.

Just WOW

Initially wasn't sure about it but wow it's good stuff, used chicken thigh fillets and left it in the fridge for a couple of days. Brilliant, buy it, try it you'll not be sorry.

Another excellent curry sauce

This is the second Swaadish curry sauce we've tried. Again, it is delicious. A little spicier than the Fenugreek and Pomegranate sauce, but not uncomfortably hot. It has a good depth of flavour and a nice thick consistency. Will definitely order again.
