Green Jalapeño Hot Sauce
This might just be the freshest hot sauce we've ever made. Tangy green Jalapeños meet a serious amount of lime and coriander. This is a bright green flavour hit, and is stupidly good on tacos, a salad or BBQ'd chicken.

Ingredients: Green Jalapeno Chillies (48%), Water, White Grape Vinegar, Rapeseed Oil, Lime Juice (4%), Coriander (4%), Garlic, Salt.

Storage Information
Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and use within 12 weeks. Shake well before use.

I tried this mixed in with tinned pilchards and rice to make a sort of paella and just loved the flavour. I also add this sauce to tinned Wild Sockeye Salmon mashed in with grated raw carrot and mayonaise which is eaten spread on petit pains every working day. Until I discovered this sauce I was using the Original Hot Sauce instead, but prefer to use Green Jalapeño Hot Sauce with fish dishes.
Very fresh tasting with a zingy freshness ,and some heat
This sauce is absolutely delicious. It was fresh, zesty and fragrant. However, it’s really thin and quickly splits in ‘watery stuff’ and the rest on a plate in no time at all, which was a disappointment. Got around this by using it within foods, like homemade spicy guac, but frustrating as would be great for a side of plate sauce to dip into without the mess and excess spread

Thanks for trying our Green Jalapeno Hot Sauce! We only made 1 batch of this particular flavour, and haven't come across this feedback, so, we'd certainly recommend giving it a massive shake. Splitting is fairly common (what you're experiencing) as we do not use emulsifiers and binders in our products! Only real ingredients. Popping the sauce in the fridge can also thicken the sauce up too if you're wanting it slightly thicker. We really hope this helps and thank you for trying out the product! <3
I am particularly fond of Mexican food and this is the perfect accompaniment, it is absolutely delicious and I’m finding any excuse to eat it!
