Tomato Ketchup: Thick, sweet but not as sickly or artificual as some other big brands. Actually tastes like tomatoes!
Original BBQ Sauce: Not actually opened this one yet.
Smoky Chipotle: Similar to the tomato ketchup but simply with a smokyness that brings out fabulous flavour in meats, eggs etc. No real chilli heat.
South Carolina: A new firm favourite! Mustard based, tastes amazing with roast hand carved ham.
Cherry Bourbon: Delicious as a sort of ketchup, can't wait to try it as a glaze to caramlise it a little (wouldn't want to over cook it though, it's got delicate flavours)
Buffalo Hot Sauce: Will be gone in no time. Last time i ran out, I tried to make my own, it was a pale immitation.
Chipotle Mayo: My wife gets upset when we run out so I try not to :-)
Original Mayo: Quality ingredients, quality taste. Just compare the ingredients from one of the big names, you'll see what I mean.
The rubs: WOW!!!! Flavour central. And they haven't got any salt in them so you're not paying for cheap ingredients, you can season to your own liking. First time, I didn't add any salt and the flavour was just so punchy without overpowering.
