Subtle garlic flavour which is perfect for me as I don't like it to be overpowering.
This is The Best stuff ever. A lovely unctuous consistency. Lovely creamy and fresh and a little bit sharp flavour. Now I'm left wondering what I'm going to do with all the mayonnaise I bought. Sauce Shop is the best mayonnaise ever. But all I want now is Ranch Mayo. I got through 1/3 of a jar in the first couple of days. Mmmmm
