We've used our signature barrel-aged Jalapeno chilli mash for an extra kick. Perfect for spicing up your baked eggs for brunch, used as the base for chilli con carne (or veggie) or poured over enchiladas before baking.
The secret is our Signature Jalapeno Mash, we take perfectly ripened Jalapeno Peppers, salt them and then age them for 2-4 weeks to accentuate the fruity flavours.
Sauce Shop Ranchero works wonders as the base for chilli con carne and makes delicious enchiladas easy!
The name for our Ranchero sauce was inspired by the traditional Mexican breakfast known as Huevos Rancheros. This sauce is perfect in this dish with a fresh tortilla, egg, avocado and plenty of fresh coriander.
