Norfolk Smoke Pit is the brainchild of proBBQer Poppy Hewitt. Based in the heart of Norfolk, Poppy creates her own rubs and spice blends from the best quality ingredients based on her favourite recipes.

Herby Jalapeno is a blend of oregano, thyme and rosemary with subtle hints of mint and red jalapeno flakes. The perfect seasoning if you are watching your salt and sugar intake as we've left both right out! Can be used dry or made into a wet marinade by mixing with oil, lemon juice or vinegar. If cooking over flames it's best to use towards the end of the cook.

Season your meat, fish, veg, taters, pasta or pizza. The list is endless with this one... If you're feeling naughty, mix with a load of butter and chuck onto a grilled steak or make a proper luscious seafood baste!
