Ingredients: Tomato Puree, Square Root Cola Syrup (31%) (Cane sugar, Water, Caramel, Botanical Extracts, Acacia), Sugar, Onion, White Grape Vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper.
Nutrition per 100g: Energy kJ 617 / 146kcal, Fat 0.1g (of which saturates 0.0g), Carbohydrate 34.8g (of which sugars 33.5g), Protein 1.4g, Salt 1.70g.
Chilli Cola
Ingredients: Carbonated Water, Cane Sugar, Lemon, Lime, Caramel, Red Jalapeno (0.45%), Organic Botanical Extracts, Salt, Acacia.
Nutrition per 100ml: Energy 115.9kJ/27.7kcal, Carbohydrate 7.2g (of which sugars 7.0g). Contains negligible amounts of Fibre, Protein & Salt.
Storage Information
Cola BBQ Sauce: Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and use within 12 weeks. Shake well before use.
Chilli Cola: Store out of direct sunlight and heat. Once opened drink immediately.

We're Pam and James and we started Sauce Shop from our home kitchen in 2014 and a local farmer's market. Our products are now stocked in over 1000 stores across the UK.

All of our products are made in small batches using all-natural ingredients. Our team is made up of around 35 people, all located in Nottingham where we make around 50,000 bottles a week!
